Dr. Seeley is a neurologist with an interest in age-related neurodegenerative disease. He graduated from Brown University in 1994 and from UCSF with an MD in 1999. He was a resident in Neurology at the Massachusetts General and Brigham and Women's Hospitals before returning to UCSF for a fellowship in Behavioral Neurology, with Bruce Miller, in 2003. He is currently a Professor of Neurology and Pathology at UCSF. Dr. Seeley received a MacArthur Foundation fellowship in 2011 and has also been named a Fellow of the American Academy for the Advancement of Science and the American Society for Clinical Investigation.
