Dr. Christa O’Hana S. Nobleza, M.D., MSCI, is an Associate Professor of Neurology. She received her degree in Doctor of Medicine in the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center after achieving a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of the Philippines College of Allied Medical Professions. She then proceeded to undergo preliminary internal medicine Internship and Neurology residency in University of Connecticut. She finished her Neurocritical Care Fellowship in Johns Hopkins University. As a junior faculty in University of Mississippi Medical Center, she underwent a Masters in Clinical Investigation for which she graduated from in May 2018. She now serves as the current Quality officer for the department of Neurology, the Neurocritical Care Fellowship director, Student Interest Group in Neurology faculty advisor and  the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit Medical Director. She is committed to empowering women in the field of neurology, incorporating innovation to Neurology education and improving outcomes of patients with acute brain injury.
