This session will review recent advances in neurological sleep and circadian science, focusing on clinical application.


  • Identify indications and mechanisms of new medication and non-medication treatments for insomnia.

  • Recognize the genetic underpinnings of circadian disorders.

  • Give examples of the interaction between sleep and cognition.
